Investigating - The Switch™ Mobile Access App is currently experiencing a minor issue that shows new keys entering an Invalid state briefly before successfully claiming. This should not impact the delivery of access or configuration files. We are working to find the root cause of the issue and will follow up with any updates. For any issues around key claiming please contact the dormakaba customer support team at dhw.support.us@dormakaba.com and provide as much detail as possible.
