On April 12th, 2024 the Switch™ Tech backend services experienced an outage that impacted our customer’s abilities to claim keys. The outage lasted until the early hours of April 13th, 2024. We have put a fix in place, however, if a customer attempted to claim or delete a key during the outage, it is possible that there will still be some residual impacts. If any cases of key claiming failures arise, please contact the dormakaba customer support team at dhw.support.us@dormakaba.com and provide as much detail as possible.
